About Redline MMA Academy  Ralph Gracie Jui-Jitsu

My name is Jeremy Pidgeon, I am the proud owner of Redline MMA Academy. I opened my gym to share my love for Martial Arts and to provide a supportive, learning environment for both staff and members. I have loved the sport of Martial Arts since I could remember. I started my journey at the age of 10 when I joined the wrestling team. Wrestling was something that I not only excelled at, but where I felt like I was part of a real community. I pursued that passion wrestling Collegiate, Free-Style, and Greco (1988-1997). Soon after wrestling, when I was 12, I was introduced to a new skill – Striking. I learned the importance of foot work, form, and head movements. Those skills were put to the test during my first boxing competition in 1990. Fast-Forward to 1998 where I start kickboxing and competing in the local circuit; 1999 I added MMA and began competing in the local and international circuit. I ended my career in 2010 with a undefeated amateur and pro record. Martial Arts has helped me grow as a person by focusing on my mental and physical health, pushing myself past my limits, and learning by my past failures. I am still growing and learning as a student. I study under 4x world kickboxing champion Duke Roufus and am currently a 4-stripe Brown Belt under Ralph Gracie. Both are world renowned for their craft and contribution to the sport of Martial Arts. I want to help reveal, encourage, and guide others to achieve their personal goals. Whether that be self-defense, weight-los, training, or just a community to be a part of, I opened Redline MMA Academy to help others – like Martial Arts helped me. Hope to see you on the mats!
