Our MMA Bootcamp sessions combine MMA techniques with strength and conditioning. We recommend our members have comfortable workout clothes and boxing or MMA gloves. If you need gloves, we can provide some for you.
Do You Recommend Shoes For The Session?
Shoes are optional during the MMA Bootcamp session. With members pivoting and kicking throughout the session, if you desire shoes, we recommend our members use comfortable well fitting shoes. Boxing, wrestling or kickboxing shoes and lightweight sneakers are good options for this session, otherwise many members attend the class barefooted.
How Long Is Each MMA Bootcamp Session?
Each session is approximately 1 hour. During each session, you’ll warm up with a dynamic stretching routine, followed by a high-intensity workout designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles working. You’ll then move on to the main training session, where you’ll work on specific skills such as grappling, striking, and conditioning. Each session ends with a cool-down period to help you recover and prevent injury.
